Confusion[edit]
I'm a little confused by this extension and how it works in reality. If I don't set "mode => responsive", nothing happens. Furthermore, If I do set the mode to be responsive, and also have a responsive ad type that I've defined in vector-leaderboard-ad-slot, the ad generated is 600px high and 300px wide, and slaped in the site notice, which looks very horrible and obviously is unworkable.
