Record data type seems not working correctly

I have a query, that queries a Record called 'Rank', consisting of two Elements, Rankname and Ranknbr.
If I query ?Rank, then the token field for the filter is filled with entries of some seemingly unrelated smw-objects.
If I query ?Rank.Rankname the Rank name appears in the output, but the token field to set the filter is broken (not showing any elements, not acceptin input).
Same result happens if I query ?Rank|+index=1
Is that a known issue ?
