Creation by email address

If I remember correctly, you mentioned that the authentication is basically about authorising an email address which can then create an account and login. Does the extension (or one of the related extensions) also send invites to authorised emails? In a way, Extension:InviteSignup is similar in that it stores a list of invited email addresses until the accounts are created, though it doesn't handle what comes after that. --Nemo 10:55, 25 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Make PluggableAuth the default login method

Is there any way to make PluggableAuth the default login method in MediaWiki? In other words, how can we redirect the users to SimpleSAMLphp login page soon after they click the login link? We don't maintain local users and it's an additional step for users to click on the PluggableAuth button before the SSO login page. If this is possible, but not implemented, then we can contribute this feature. --Manilal (talk) 05:44, 27 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
