Yeah, but it looks killer, I hope someone gets back to working on it. Smaug (talk) 19:08, 15 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
If this can help, as the author of WikiPainting, I'm ok to use whatever free licence on the source code (which is still available for download). --Serenity 16:13, 22 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

problems --[edit]

mw v. 1.14 - -

followed the steps that i put on the page... an edit button displays in firefox and an x'd out button displays in chrome.

The "Click to edit" button is normal if the painting doesn't exist yet. Then you have to click to create it : it should runs the java applet. But actually, when I read the .php file, there are stuff that are specific to my old website (URL, directories etc) and have to be replaced to your context (lines 82, 87, 98, 118). I guess I should have exported those things to a parameter file :-) --Serenity 21:35, 25 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
ah.. confusing. i don't know enough. :& Wikademia
I've just reopened the website wikipainting.free.fr and made the thing work again. (BTW your java error indicated that it couldn't find the .jar file in the right directory). Actually, I dunno if it's worth working on this project again... I received 90% spam and 10% good contributions. Well, I've decided to protect all pages. At last, non-graphical spam should be stopped. --Serenity 22:06, 25 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
