Where is the actual text?

In your extensions' internationalization file. E.g. for the GettingStarted extension, the file is GettingStarted.i18n.php. If you're not working on an extension, you can write an on-wiki tour; see Guided tours/Write an on-wiki tour. Superm401 - Talk 20:12, 22 April 2013 (UTC)
