Enabling growth features section
[edit]I found the growth features enabled by default when doing the extension first install. Is it worth mentioning they are already enabled by default? I haven't found the source of truth for these. - I think we can just remove no-op lines from the code samples. They were probably added at a time when the extension defaults (usually available via the
