Displaying non editable diagrams ?

Hello Tobias,

I have tested your extension and it's very powerful, thank you ! I wanted to know how we can display diagrams without being on the Special Page Cognitive Process Edit ?

I would like to have just a diagram in a wiki page where nodes and edge are clickable.

Thank you very much. Currently, you cannot display the Diagrams on the wiki pages. It is only possible on the Cognitive Process Edit Special page.

However, i also have the same request from a project partner. So i will implement this circumstance in the following.

Hey Nicolas,

i just updated the Extension to allow displaying BPMN diagrams on the wiki pages. Please download the latest version (v. 0.7) and insert the code, which is described in Section "Remarks", in the MediaWiki:Common.js to display BPMN diagrams on the wiki page. It has been tested on two Wiki instances and with Firefox, Chrome and Safari Browser, and it worked.

Hi,

I have added the code to the Common.js file. At the moment, when I attempt to add the diagram to a page using the xml code that is generated, it gives me the following error:

Diagram may not render correctly due to import warnings

There is a 'show details' link at the end of this message which takes you back to the top of the page if you click on it without displaying any additional information. Now I am using PHP Version:7.0.9 Mediawiki:1.27.1 and CognitiveProcessDesigner:0.7.2. No I try it both in Mozila Firefox and Google chrome but same problem happen. compatibility to MW 1.23.10 ?

I wonder, if CPD 0.7.2 is working with MW 1.23.10, because I have a few issues.

- Icons are wrong (Create Task showes as a Sun)

- getting error Box ([object Object])

- some buttons doesn't show any pictures (helptext are correct)

I'm very interrested in this Extension and like to know, if it is still in progress?

Rendering question

The CPD extension is working correctly. However, the ability to add diagrams to a page is not working with the following error:

Diagram may not render properly due to import warnings

I see the following code in the xml file that is generated after a diagram is created:

Icons missing after applying BlueSpice

Hi,

I have a MediaWiki install (version 1.28.2) with Cognitive Process Designer 0.7.2 and Semantic MediaWiki 2.5.2 and all was working great until I applied BlueSpice 2.27.3.

Since then the Cognitive Process Designer has lost its icons. See link.

Actually, I use it (REL1_31) and I like it. I'm just a beginner and the CPDTestSuite help me to learn BPMN.

But, do you know if it's possible to define a specific namespace and save all elements and processes associate in a subpage ?

Ex... Process:GIA-management/[ALL_ELEMENTS like Collaboration_, Participant_, Lane_, etc...]

Extremely grateful for the fixes you've provided to get it to work on 1.34, I know that 1.34 isn't an LTS release, but it is the current release of MW. It's a shame to have it work working so well in 1.34 in all regards except for the ability to Load from an existing model page. "Special:CognitiveProcessDesignerTestSuit" does not need to be listed. It's not for end-users.

The actual error here is ReferenceError: BpmnJS is not defined. I will check this. The extension is only tested with MediaWiki 1.31 (= current LTS) at the moment. How to save a model? (MW 1.34 issue?)

I'm running CPD branch master on MW 1.34 and I am able to create a BPMN model using the special page, but it is not clear to me how that model can/should be saved. Either I'm not understanding something basic about the extension or there is an issue in MW 1.34 wrt saving. Interestingly, the word "save" does not appear in the Special page when developing a model, nor does the word appear in the extension's documentation page. Please advise. Issue: "Load BPMN from wiki" does not work (MW 1.34)

On MW 1.34 it is not possible to "load" a BPMN article that clearly exists. No errors are produced. It just won't load.

Could this be similar to the "Fix MW 1.34+ compatibility" [1] that was needed for MW 1.34 compatibility wrt to "src/ResourceModule/BpmnJS.php"?

when browsing a wiki page with a bpmn model on it, there is no rendered image of the diagram shown.

Is it possible to show the diagram (not the xml representation) without going to the special pages section?

Installing Cognitive Process Designer

1) Github's composer require hallowelt/cognitiveprocessdesigner dev-REL1_31 can't find the release.

2) LocalSettings wfLoadExtension( 'CognitiveProcessDesigner' ); raises two issues

i) PageForms is required. But it is Page Forms 4.5.1 GPL-2.0-or-later

ii) BlueSpiceFoundation is required. But No install Instructions. Only Full BluSpice3 Free instructions.

As soon as I add the line:

Showing "Saving process..." but could not save

Hi,

I'm using MW 1.35 and regularly installed the PageForms and CPD. I can successfully edit the graph, but I could not save the model. It keeps on showing "Saving process..." but could not save. How could I solve this ? Asd135441 (talk) 07:26, 9 August 2021 (UTC)

I found that it does save all the nodes after saving but I cannot load the graph. The frontend in 1.35 doesn't have the "Load" Option, it just prompts the ID's name and after I entered the ID (name) , it returns me a new page. Special Pages not appearing - not able to use extension

Hello. I followed the steps to install the extension and it appears correctly in the version special page (version 2.0.0 (be82d70) 07:20, 20 December 2021). Ah! Thank you so much! The plugin seems to be working now with the new tutorial. Diagram saving error

Hi, I installed 2.2-alpha on my private wiki running on MW1.39. Everything else seems working but when I'm trying to save a diagram I'm getting "Failed posting diagram elements to wiki" popup error so is there any bug or something and how to fix it? Please note that I'm not using composer or Semantic MW.

I can confirm that file upload is enabled with SVG format.

Get mediaWiki Error: Class "MWStake\MediaWiki\Component\ProcessManager\ProcessManager" not found

I have installed mediaWiki with version 1.39 LTS together with the extension "Page Forms" and the "Cognitive Process Designer".

The wiki of the Cognitive Process Designer says that you should enter this command in the terminal for the background service:

Hello and thanks for your hint! We had a second look and found a bug related to this problem. We plan to release the bugfix end of april 2024.

Since then you could also fix it by yourself if you add these two lines to the extension.json file in the Cognitive Process Designer extension:

"load_composer_autoloader": true,

"callback": "mwsInitComponents",

and run maintenance/update.php.

Refused to execute script from 'http:/.....1080/mediawiki-server/load.php?lang=en&modules=startup&only=scripts&raw=1&skin=vector' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.

I am seeing this error in the console, for further, I enable the debug mode and visit the link it shows me this error, right now Cognitive Process Designer diagram isn't shows, the loading icon continuously appearing over the page.
