This hook provides the functionality of appending HTML inside the profile avatar. The parameters of this hook are the same as IntegratedProfilesAfterMasthead, but inverse. This hook will likely be changed in the future.

$profile: An array of profile payloads.
&$html: HTML to append after the masthead.
