The BootStrap extension allows for the inclusion of Bootstrap styling with wiki pages. This our latest version (updated 17 Oct 2014) uses the very latest version of Bootstrap (3.2.0).

This update is easier to install and use.

See the Bootstrap Website for a list of features and how to use them. You will also need to use our documentation, for some of the styles as some bootstrap styles do not work with Mediawiki.

Compatibility[edit]

Designed and tested using the Vector Skin only.

Works on Mediawiki versions 122.3 through 1.23.5

Installation[edit]

Download the zipped file, upload to the extensions folder and extract the files.

Add the following to LocalSettings.php

require_once "$IP/extensions/Bootstrap/bootstrap.php";
  • Return to MediaWiki refresh the browser (Shift + Ctrl + R for Chrome and Firefox)
