Percentage difference in satisfaction for Beta Cluster

For each category on the survey we asked respondents to rank their satisfaction on a scale of 1–5. The term "satisfied" means a respondent chose to rank their satisfaction as 4 or 5.

The chart below shows the percentage of satisfied users per category in 2020 and 2021.

SDLC on the chart refers to the software development lifecycle and represents the statement, Satisfaction with overall SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) tooling.

The largest percentage change was beta cluster satisfaction. Frustration with beta led to its nomination for the stewardship process in 2019. The stewardship process ended shortly before the survey went out (task T215217).
