  • Easy to maintain - updating user stories & tasks is simple and quick
  • Preferably Open Source
  • Collaborative (many editors in real time)

Contenders[edit]

Publicly Visible Yes Yes Yes
Graphical OK Good Best
Easy Maintenance Good Good Best
Open Source Yes Yes No
Collaborative No No Yes
Pros
  • Will replace Gerrit & Bugzilla
  • Creates burn-down charts automatically (supports points)
  • Runs on top of Bugzilla so bug tracking already integrated
  • Requires the least amount of clicks to get anything done
  • Creating workflows for features is trivial
Cons
  • Workboards truncate task titles
  • Need to adapt project management and Features (product management) workflows to Phabricator's Task paradigm
  • bugs and stories are indistinguishable
  • Need to adapt project management and Features (product management) workflows to Bugzilla's Bug paradigm
  • Licensed Tool
