As a decision maker (exec), I can visualize a New editor graph for one of any 882 Wikimedia projects so that I can make decisions.

• New editor defined here: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research:New_editor
• Can load any of the 882 projects (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=sitematrix)
• No UI needed to select which one of 882 projects (it's out of scope for this story). Editing URL could be sufficient for selecting the project to display.
• Cron user runs wikimetrics job to produce data
• all data is private
