Standard Accountability Practices[edit]
On a daily basis, the team has the following standard accountability practices:
- Analytics Leadership Scrum - discuss problems discovered during previous day as well as anything we're presently managing, how we're handling the problems, what's blocking us from getting them resolved
- Analytics Engineering Scrum - discuss feature delivery work in process, identify blockers to delivery, identify opportunities to support team more effectively
On a weekly basis, the team has the following standard accountability practices:
- Sprint Showcase & Planning - review work that the team committed to complete over the past week, plan the next week of delivery
- Feature & Opportunity Planning - review new requests for work, determine priority and schedule for such work
