@ZI Jony apologies, I was confused if you were asking about a task for the red link/search results, or the Recent changes suggestion. We have a bunch of tasks for this project, including adding Recent changes to the nav, which you can see here: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/board/3755/.
