Your English is great! That proposal makes sense. :-)
I have closed phab:T172396 for you, but all I had to do was click the "Add Action" menu at the bottom of the page (above the comment box), and select "Change status", and change that from "Open" to "Resolved".
Sidenote: Don't forget you can just reply at your own talkpage, which would have pinged me automatically because it's a Structured Discussion. :)
