This is ideal feature for replacement of "see also". Many wikipedias state that "See Also" section is obsolete, and all links in this section should be moved to the article body. Automatic or semi-automatic replacement of this section would be useful. Also this means that "Read More" should allow more than three options. I see achieveing this aproach as adding right arrow to the right side of this widget. The content slides to the right, where we see more pages. It's like swiping screens on smartphone.

But isn't this frowning upon "See also" links, when it is sometimes stated that "all links in this section should be moved to the article body", based upon a philosophy that is opposed to "see also" because it lacks context? Meaning, a reader should not be presented with isolated links that are supposed to be "somehow" connected to the topic, but only embedded in the article's text where the connection to the link is directly explained. Like, say... in Albert Einstein, don't use "See also: General theory of relativity", but (in the article body) "Einstein developed the general theory of relativity". So, I'd say: If people oppose "see also" on these grounds, they would oppose the "Related pages" feature on exactly the same grounds, wouldn't they?
Related pages would be built in feature, so there won't be possibility to disable it. Personally I find See Also section useful.
