Cleanup parsoid Windows instructions[edit]

Hey, thanks for cleaning up the Windows instructions. I threw them together and moved on, looks great now. FWIW I did get contextify to build on my machine with 64bit node, but it might have been because I had the full visual studio installed (not express). I was unable to re-produce on my servers. Anyway, thanks again for helping fellow Windows drivers!
