Hi Elian.

Good work with Help:Manual pages. I think it's an excellent idea. I've seen a lot of mediawiki communities out there which would benefit from a little copy & paste of help text.

I've created a page "Public Domain Help Pages" to describe the project (moved your description here), and linked to this from the Documentation page. Hopefully that will help this to attract more contributions.
