Code to add new group named Engineering

Hello Abigor,

It would be of a great help if you can provide me the code to be added to the LocalSettings.php file to add a new group named Engineering with similar permissions related to the group Bureaucrats. Currently only 3 default groups are available

Any help will be appreciated

Parser Functions on this wiki

Do you know if Parser functions are enabled on this wiki? If not, is it possible for me to install them? I wanted to use the sandbox for research on implementation of the functions on another wiki. Ameobea10
