Hi, I tried my extension on 1 MW 1.12 - the same as your wiki. Mine worked fine. Yours has a lot of extensions installed and I suggest you to copy your wiki dir to a nearby dir with another name after which you can rename the wgscriptpath var in LS.php and try removing some extensions to see which of them causes my extension not to work....
