Active in Hong Kong Wikipedia, and new to MediaWiki, I'm currently accessing the feasibility of using Wiki concept to support NGO's activities.
My technical background is limited: Only some knowledge about HTML 10 years ago and obsolete knowledge about dbase5. The only programming language I knew is gwbasic taught in junior school at my age.
