My 2009-2010 project was implemented using the Yii PHP Framework and a custom FastCGI application, cross platform under Windows and Ubuntu linux. It was entirely written using open source libraries in PHP and C++.

My project began its public Beta in early 2010; current estimates predict a 12 to 18 month feature development curve to reach v1.0.
