Hackathon To Do

• Improve the documentation for the skinning process.
• Move the main files of the Vector, Monobook and other skins into their folders.
• Move the module definitions of the Vector skin into the Vector skin files.
• Improve Vector by using more standard skin methods.
• Finish the merge of the Vector extension into the Vector skin.
• Improve the ids and classes naming conventions, but not before updating the extensions and other pieces of code that use them.
