That is not entirely clear yet - https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T572 covers this topic. Currently, once you have claimed your contributions as explained on the Help page here, your followup comments (not initial comment) will be converted from "bzimport added a comment." into "Username added a comment" (with Username being your name). That is NOT the case currently for the original author/reporter of a ticket. This can be seen e.g. in https://bugzillapreview.wmflabs.org/T6037 with the user "qgil". In general, Phabricator offers to search by author via https://secure.phabricator.com/maniphest/query/advanced/

https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/ offers some predefined queries in the left column.
