Special:Diff/997083: Wait, why? I just checked my copy of mediawiki/core and there is no file or folder called "maintenance/languages/messages.inc". There is only /core/languages which has the MessagesEn.php/MessagesQqq.php files or maintenance/language/messages.inc.
