Just a heads up, there was a support request for the RSS extension at Project:Support_desk#Extension:RSS_-_.22allow_all_URLs.22__wont_work_18111. I tried to answer as best I could, but thought you'd want to know since you're the main maintainer (AFAIK) of that extension.
