Unilateral page deletions

Jump to: navigation, search

I object to your unilateral deletions of the guidelines pages I created; I think that you should use Template:Delete if you want a page deleted that doesn't meet the speedy deletion criteria of Project:Deletion. Also, this wiki is not only about development; it is also about creating manuals and other documentation and providing support. I think such collaborative efforts can benefit from certain basic behavioral guidelines (e.g. assuming good faith), and that users of this site, including myself, should be able to contribute to the formation of those guidelines. I don't claim a right to unilaterally set guidelines, but the creation of guidelines does usually start with someone unilaterally making an edit that may or not be reverted. Deletion is another matter entirely. You can review RPED again if you want.
