We both know that WR is banned on ru:. I'm not going to allow using mediawiki.org for promotion of attack sites, and this is not up for discussion.
There was no Russian Wikipedia consensus for this matter. Some admin just did it as you made this revert now. Wikireality is not an attack site but a very respected source of information. I don't know the reason why are you trying to erase it from the list, but you'd have to explain yourself, you can't just revert and tell the other users "go to hell with your badsite" without any reason.
