I don't understand. The redirect will have to be deleted when the page is ready for translation and set as a translatable page, moreover you can already link to it with Special:MyLanguage/Help:Extension:Narayam.

Yes the redirect will have to be replaced by the German translation as soon as it is available. Then this happens nobody has to change the link of the translated message already pointing to Help:Extension:Naryam/de. In order to show the help page at least in English the redirect is necessary. Siebrand deleted the page as a result of poor message documentation and erronous handling of the translation interface. Sometimes that it is just the way it is. Cheers
