Does ConfirmAccount work with CentralAuth?

Here's the deal, though. I'm not sure if ConfirmAccount will automatically make global accounts; in any case my own CentralAuth instance is broken (bugzilla:36504).

I wonder whether it will work, since they weren't designed for each other. ConfirmAccount seems to treat account approval as creation by the approving user, so I would guess that whether it would work depends on whether users can create global accounts. I'm not really sure about that though.

Is it just your CentralAuth, or is there a problem with the extension?

It triggers the same hooks and checks that the core does, so I think the global user should in fact be created.
