Bugs?
Two (possible) bugs I noticed: one, when on the secure server, the link to Commons in the make-your-own-barnstar section still goes to the regular server. If someone is already on secure, then they probably don't want to log in on the regular server. (On a related note, it would be nice to have a mini-Commons-search directly inside the WikiLove interface.)
Also, the WikiLove appears on user subpages--not just subpages of user talk pages, but all subpages. I don't need or want WikiLove on my article drafts!

Regarding the last item: WikiLove is shown on all User-related pages (just like "User contributions" in the Toolbox is), however they are send to the root user talk page not to the sub page. If this is malfunctioning (please try), then please report a bug to bugzilla:.
Oh, that makes much more sense. It does work for me just how you explained it, so no bug needs to be filed :). Just a little confusing at first, is all.
One of the (secondary) goals with this project is to start training people to think about "users" as whole entities (including sub-pages and actions regarding them). The heart will only appear on "user" pages of any kind (thus leading the viewer to know that they are dealing with a human and not an article, policy, or other specialized discussion).
