In Vector, actions in "Toolbox" (What links here, Upload file) and in the dropdown menu near the search box (mostly Move), are unknown to quite a lot of editors. I don't have precise data, but new users ask me where to find these actions quite frequently, so I'm assuming that they hard to find at least to some people.
I am writing this, because the same would be true for the actions in the little "Actions" menu in the corner. It would make more sense if the actions would appear as simple links written in a human language rather than hidden in the menu. Maybe some actions that are expected to be rare can be put there, but not all.
