unmaintained extensions

Jump to: navigation, search

Just because its been 18 months doesn't mean an extension is unmaintained. Small extensions that are feature complete and don't have open bug reports could easily be still maintained and not have been edited recently. Bawolff 23:07, 21 January 2012 (UTC)

True, this seems to be a bit hairy. Since I am the only person participating that is not a coder I will only archive an extension which seems to be really really dead. In all other cases I will add unmaintained, which might even provoke a reaction and the documentation page gets somehow cleaned up. All the others here are coders so I believe that they will check the code at a glance if it is still functional and proceed accordingly. Cheers

Fair point - any ideas on better wording to use?

Not really. I imagine if there is an overbuddence of complaints on talk page, and no recent updates.

Yes check.svg Done - see the new wording.  :)
