Convert from HTML to MediaWiki

Ok, so I have a theme in HTML and I'm not able to convert it to MediaWiki design... I was wondering if someone in here could convert for me? I'll post my code here:

What you want to do is to create a MediaWiki skin. This is not a task of five minutes, but takes quite some time. A good starting point is the page Manual:Skins.
