what does "deleted" mean in API:Deletedrevs?

A deleted revision is a revision which has been deleted. If a page has 10 revisions and the page is deleted, it results in 10 (new) deleted revisions. Since the revisions of deleted pages (and individually deleted revisions) are not visible to normal users you need the deletedhistory right, which on most sites is available to admins and such.
