[resolved] watchlist notification
I've been looking for a way to provide notification to the user that there are freshly modified pages in their watch list but can't seem to find a configuration setting or extension that provides that. User's don't want to be emailed for each change to a page, but a visual notification since the last time they visited the site. (I would even like that here...) Thanks Emu Farmers, i've already looked into that but the idea is to have a notification for changes on their watch list (which includes other user's talk pages) without emailing the user. This setting emails you. Which extension provides "Special:NewMessages", perhaps it's part of this forum extension? The "my new messages" is exactly what i'm after.
