How i can receive email notification when someone post comment, I'm using this extension for comments 'Extension:Comments' and I want to receive email when anyone clicks on 'post.

Have you seen https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension_talk:Comments#Do_comments_cause_a_watchlist_notification.3F ? The talkpage of that extension might be more suitable.
