There is a page with that name on your wiki, delete it. Also, check $wgServer in LocalSettings.php - it shouldn't point to Wikipedia either.

The requested URL /mediawiki/MediaWiki:Common.js was not found on this server. I've disable JavaScript and clear browser cache.
