If you're referring to the "Invalid or missing localisation cache" - it has nothing to do with this thread, and has nothing to do with the updater (If you're referring to that problem, please bring it up on a new thread instead of hijacking this one). For generic problems with the upgrader, you can try something like extension:MaintenanceShell if you're desperate. Or you can apply the sql updates in maintenance/archives by hand (but first you have to figure out which one's you need which can be tricky)
