Update MediWiki 1.16 to 1.19
Hallo,
would you please answer the following questions.
Currently I use the version 1.16. Are these extensions with the version 1.19 compatible??
- ImageMaps - FlaggedRevs - ProtectText - ParserFunctions
As far as I know, ParserFunctions has been added to MediaWiki 1.17, so that's why i have not to install this extension furthermore, is it right??
What should I follow with the Upgrade of from 1.16 to 1.19?

No, that's incorrect. Later versions will bundle parser funcs with mediawiki (which just means the extension is in the same download as main mediawiki) but you still need it.
The only extension on your list that might not be compatible is ProtectText (although try it and see, it probably still works). The other three you mention are used by Wikimedia, and hence must be kept compatible with latest mediawiki lest the Wikipedians come and yell at us ;). You may however have to download more recent versions of those extensions.
