It can require some legwork to get support for MediaWiki with Postgres, because most people use MySQL. I recommend you try IRC or the mailing list.

I'm running into this problem as well, although it doesn't seem to affect functionality at all. I just get big error logs.

I'd be glad to help out with fixing the problem, but I don't know where to start.
