My wiki is printing the template code

I can not provide the URL but I am adding a screenshot! What could have went wrong for my page to look like this? The image is below! Please let me know if you have run into this before!

You need to install Extension:ParserFunctions for that to be properly formatted.

I think you need Extension:Cite for the rest.

what extensions do i need for these?

You need to import those templates to your own wiki.
