Lost password, no email. Reset?

I want to unify my MediaWiki account with my accounts on the other projects, but I have lost my password, and stupidly did not add my email address. No contributions were made under my account. What do I need to do to get the password reset, or the account deleted, so that I can start again? I believe it is possible to match my IP address with my contributions on Wikipedia.
