To help you we would need to know how your network looked before the changes and what exactly you changed. Everything else is only guessing...
Maybe you can access the wiki from the PC on which you installed it: You say you installed MediaWiki on your local computer. Did you install MediaWiki in a webserver on that computer? If so, then start the webserver on that PC and you will find the wiki somewhere under http://localhost/. If you have a webserver on that PC another option would be to use the maintenance script dumpBackup.php, which can create a DB backup for export.
