I'm New - Where do I go to start?
I just installed. Is there a Dashboard? Easy to use interface? I would like to do the basics like put my logo on and set up pages. Where can I find it?

What do you mean by "set up pages". You can create a new page by searching forthe title. If there is no such page then you will be given the option of creating the new page.
There is no such thing as a user friendly administrator interface for MediaWiki. You might try Extension:Configure
