How can I remove the wpvector-noexperiments pref?

I want to remove the Vector user pref "Exclude me from feature experiments" (wpvector-noexperiments) via $wgHiddenPrefs, but it doesn't work. Is it cos it's a Vector setting? But if it can be added, it should be possible to remove it.
