Collapsible Sections (ie: like Wikipedia:NavFrame)

As of MediaWiki 1.17 several new modules have been introduced, one of which is jQuery.makeCollapsible. This is documented on the (linked by you) collapsibility page.
This module works for other elements as well. I've therefore renamed Manual:Collapsible tables to Manual:Collapsible elements.
