Maybe i don't understand it to 100%. My provider told me to include '/home/strato/www/na/www.name.de/htdocs' - but where do i have to put that? Do i have to point there with my webbrowser or do i have to put that in the config/index.php oder config/installer.php? Thanks for a little help ;o)

Why? What are you doing that is no standard in terms of installing MediaWiki? Did you follow the instructions on the page I linked to there?
