Just to make sure: It is ok to read about *censored*, etc. etc.? I am bit surprised that my request for deletion is invalid.

Looks like something you could find on Wikipedia's administrator's noticeboard on any given day. I have no idea what he's going on about, but if he wants to vent, let him. He'll surely stop hurling feces, and then we can get on with our lives.

I guess it is just mentally challenged. I guess that just happens when living on the wrong side of the track. An incident like this let me reduce my activity at Wikipedia by about 99%. Basically I am not longer there. In some respect that may be sad for me but I it is true that I have to get on with my live too. I for my far am quite happy that I did not get blocked for my second post to this discussion. Cheers

Well, we don't really have any policies against language like that (and civility in general) but if a user is being disruptive, Please leave a note on their talk page asking them to stop/change their behaviour and it escalates I don't have a problem handing out short blocks.
