Areas of type/information blanked out

Nuts. To do a 'good deed', I spent a half hour and finally got to THIS page. I'm sure I clicked on some Support Desk link at least once along the way. I'm not bitter but I've spent enough time. The first of the 3 problems has already been fixed.
